I'm so glad the comments are working now! I adore the feedback (and knowing that people are actually reading this). Mitch, I lauged out loud at school at yours, and 3 people stared at me like I was nuts. I'm not. Keep them coming, and I'll try to be better about my end of the bargain!

Gelato is like ice cream, only it's made with milk instead of cream, so the flavors are very intense. I like rich and creamy pistachio. It's light nutty flavor reminds me of falls in Tuscany and the green color looks so fresh when paired with chocolate.
