So the reason my degree wasn't awarded was because I had an Italian course approved for Study Abroad, but ended up taking a higher level course when I got there, so I had to get that course approved. Yes. It's true. The Study Abroad office pushed my paperwork through, so now they appear correctly on my transcript (as transfer credits) and I should be getting my degree any time now, barring any unforeseen bureaucratic nonsense (snort).
